(H) RW(F) Series Outdoor High Voltage AC Drop Fuse, henceforth referred to as the "fuse", is meticulously engineered for ultimate reliability in outdoor overhead distribution systems operating at a standard frequency of 50Hz and an impressive array of rated voltages—10kV, 12kV, 15kV, 35kV, and 40.5kV. This fuse serves as a formidable guardian, acting as a protective sentinel for circuits or electrical equipment, effectively mitigating risks associated with overloads or catastrophic short circuit faults within power systems. During normal operations, the fuse is strategically integrated in series within the power line, ensuring it remains in a tensioned and locked state. Upon line failures, the surge of fault current initiates the fuse to sever, releasing the movable joint and swiftly dropping the fuse tube, thereby decisively severing the circuit. This action is pivotal in providing unparalleled safety protection during maintenance operations for both lines and equipment. The load type fuse is innovatively augmented with elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, further empowering it to proficiently manage the opening and closing of load currents within the power system, ensuring protection and operational efficiency.
Our fuse adheres to stringent technical standards, including GB/T 15166.3 - 2008 for high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, as well as DL/T 640 - 1997 for outdoor AC high voltage drop-tested fuses and fuse links ordering technical conditions, ensuring conformity to the highest industry benchmarks.
Working Environment:
Ambient temperature range: from a brisk -40°C to a warm +40°C, ensuring resilience across diverse climatic conditions;
Relative Humidity: Daily average should not exceed 95%, with a monthly threshold not surpassing 90%, ensuring optimal performance;
Ideal for altitudes not surpassing 3000 meters, maintaining operational integrity even at elevated heights;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 34 meters per second, ensuring robust performance even in windy conditions;
Installation Site: Must be free from fire or explosion hazards, devoid of chemical corrosive gases, and should be a well-ventilated area, promoting safe and efficient operation.
Note: Should any of these specified normal usage conditions be exceeded, customers have the option to enter into discussions with the company to explore tailored solutions.
