Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a marvel of engineering designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern power systems. Known interchangeably as an isolation disconnect switch, this remarkable device excels in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution applications. It seamlessly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without any load, yet with voltage present, making it an indispensable component for ensuring the safety and efficiency of power lines.
Crafted with precision, this switch is tailored for single-phase operation within robust three-phase line systems. It stands out with its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Offering an array of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—this switch comprises a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a sophisticated mechanical assembly. The innovative gate knife structure adeptly manages circuit engagement and disengagement. Each phase boasts a gate knife with dual conductive blades, fortified by external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is assured for flawless operation. The switch is deftly maneuvered using an insulated hook stick and incorporates a secure self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Efficiently operates at altitudes that do not exceed 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperatures ranging from a crisp -30°C to a balmy +40°C, offering optimal performance in diverse climates;
Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second, ensuring unwavering reliability;
Designed with a robust build, it handles seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with installation sites typically free from frequent and severe vibrations.
Ideal for pristine environments; the installation site should remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive elements that could jeopardize the switch's insulation or conductivity integrity.

Routine annual inspections ensure longevity and reliability of the switch:
Regularly clean dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain peak performance.
Examine all components for any signs of damage, with particular focus on identifying any cracks or damages to the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surfaces of the conductive parts maintain their integrity and functionality.
