Introducing the revolutionary (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. This state-of-the-art device is masterfully crafted for seamless application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Engineered for excellence, it effortlessly manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits. Designed to operate without load but under voltage, it promises unparalleled safety and reliability for your electrical systems.
This switch is a masterpiece of engineering, specifically crafted for single-phase use in three-phase line systems. Its standout features include a straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and ease of operation, making it a preferred choice for various applications. It is versatile enough to handle rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a solid base, durable post insulators, premium conductive parts, and a highly efficient mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure significantly enhances circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades. Equipped with external compression springs on both sides, it ensures optimal contact pressure, adjustable by altering the spring height. The switch is easily operated with an insulated hook stick and includes a convenient self-locking device for increased security.
Working Environment:
Designed for flawless performance at altitudes of up to 1000 meters;
Rigorously tested to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Expertly engineered to maintain top performance even with outdoor wind speeds reaching up to 35 meters/second;
Constructed to withstand seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, perfectly suited for installation sites with minimal severe vibrations.
To ensure optimal performance, the installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF CONDITIONS SURPASS THE SPECIFIED NORMAL OPERATING PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure longevity with annual inspections of the following components:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive elements, contact surfaces, and the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain functionality.
Carry out thorough inspections of all components for potential damages, placing particular emphasis on detecting any cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive component remains in excellent condition, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
