(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while electricity is present, even though there is no load. This innovative design is invaluable for maintaining high voltage networks.
This switch is meticulously designed for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems. It boasts a straightforward architecture, is economically savvy, and incredibly user-friendly. Its availability spans rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Constructed with a robust base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section, it employs a gate knife mechanism for circuit operation. Each phase incorporates a dual-blade gate knife, enhanced by external compression springs on either side, allowing for customizable spring height to ensure optimal contact pressure. Operated via an insulated hook stick, it incorporates a self-locking device for secure actions.
Working Environment:
Ensures functionality at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Thrives in ambient temperatures with a maximum cap of +40°C and a minimum threshold of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation locale should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances that could critically impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS FOR NORMAL USE ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct the following thorough checks on the switch annually:
Diligently clean dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces to maintain optimal functionality.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with a particular focus on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or wear.
Ensure the contact surfaces of the conductive parts are pristine and in excellent condition.
