The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the effortless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage without load, ensuring seamless energy management.
Designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind, this switch is intended for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems. Its hallmark features include a straightforward structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Choose from a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Constructed with a robust base, steadfast post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, these switches employ a gate knife mechanism for circuit operations. Each phase incorporates a double-blade gate knife, complete with external compression springs to optimize contact pressure through adjustable spring height. The switch operation is controlled using an insulated hook stick for secure opening and closing, complemented by a self-locking device for added safety.
Working Environment:
The installation altitude must not exceed 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature should range between a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C.
The outdoor wind speed must not surpass 35 meters/second;
Seismic resilience is ensured up to an intensity of 8 degrees; ensure the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IN CASE OF OPERATING BEYOND THESE NORMAL CONDITIONS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work:
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Regularly eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior to ensure optimal operation.
Thoroughly examine all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for integrity and absence of cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part maintains excellent condition for reliable performance.
