The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is a precision-engineered device crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while voltage is present, ensuring safety and efficiency in high voltage systems.
Designed for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, this switch is renowned for its straightforward structure, economical design, and ease of operation. Rated currents available range from 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, to 1250 amps, catering to diverse requirements. The construction includes a robust base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife structure facilitates precise opening and closing of the circuit. Each phase's gate knife is composed of two conductive blades, equipped with external compression springs. The spring height can be adjusted to provide the optimal contact pressure. The switch is operated with an insulated hook stick and includes a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Installation is optimal at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature should remain within a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speeds should not surpass 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity should remain below 8 degrees, and the installation site should avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain performance.
Examine all components for potential damage, with particular attention to any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive components is in optimal condition.
