Introducing the (H)GWBEB model, a cutting-edge outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also termed as an isolation disconnect switch. This sophisticated device is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It performs the crucial function of opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, yet with voltage present, ensuring seamless and efficient power management.
This switch is engineered specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, celebrated for its uncomplicated design, economical pricing, and user-friendly operation. Available rated currents include a range of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, tailored to meet diverse needs. The switch's robust construction comprises a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Incorporating a gate knife structure, it adeptly manages the opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures the requisite contact pressure for optimal operation. An insulated hook stick facilitates the opening and closing actions, featuring a reliable self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Designed to function optimally at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Engineered to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum not surpassing +40°C and a minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Built to endure outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second;
Capable of withstanding seismic intensity levels up to 8 degrees; ideally suited for installation sites that do not experience frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

SHOULD THE ABOVE STANDARD USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS CUSTOM SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
It's recommended to conduct regular annual inspections on the following components of the switch:
Diligently remove dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Carefully inspect all parts for potential damage, with particular emphasis on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition to maintain effective operation.
