(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a consummate isolation disconnect switch, is specifically engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to adeptly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while voltage remains present, ensuring unmatched reliability and efficiency.

This switch is masterfully designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, characterized by its uncomplicated architecture, cost-effectiveness, and unparalleled ease of operation. Offering a spectrum of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches comprise a robust base, sturdy post insulators, conductive components, and a meticulously crafted mechanical section. The gate knife structure, pivotal for circuit engagement and disengagement, features two conductive blades per phase, augmented by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is assured. Operation is facilitated through an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.

1. Remove dust and dirt from the parts, and meticulously wipe the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle, ensuring pristine conditions.
2. Scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw for optimal conductivity.
3. Apply a layer of industrial Vaseline to the rotating parts and contact areas, securing smooth operation.
4. Check the contact surface and adjust the height of the compression spring to ensure that the contact pressure complies with Table II, guaranteeing precision and efficiency.
5. This switch is exclusively suitable for hoisting use and is designed for synergy with transformers on the line, ensuring seamless power distribution.
6. The rated current of this switch spans 200-400 ampere hours, typically utilizing three mounting holes. For 600-1000A applications, three mounting holes are standard, facilitating adaptable installation.
