Introducing the (H)GWBEB type Outdoor High-Voltage Isolation Switch, a state-of-the-art isolation disconnect switch crafted specifically for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is expertly engineered to facilitate the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits that are energized without carrying load, ensuring utmost efficiency and safety.
Our switch is precisely designed for single-phase function within three-phase line systems and boasts a straightforward structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, this switch comprises a robust base, high-quality post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Equipped with an innovative gate knife structure for seamless circuit operation, each phase's gate knife integrates two conductive blades, reinforced with external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is guaranteed for the switch's gate knife. Operations are performed effortlessly using an insulated hook stick, and the switch features a dependable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
This switch is intended for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance in diverse topographies.
Able to withstand temperatures ranging from a scorching +40°C to a frigid -30°C, this switch is built for resilience in extreme climates.
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second, the switch is designed for high performance even in gusty conditions.
Engineered to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, it must be installed at sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation area must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other potentially dangerous explosive or corrosive elements that might compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH OUR COMPANY TO DISCUSS SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual check of the following switch parts to ensure optimal functioning:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior to maintain efficiency.
Inspect all parts for damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any potential damage or cracks.
Examine the contact surface of the conductive parts to ensure they remain in peak condition for optimal performance.
