Introducing the robust and reliable (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch. This expertly engineered solution is meticulously designed for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, ensuring uninterrupted service while opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits. Even with voltage present, this switch performs without load, guaranteeing safety and efficiency.
Tailored for single-phase utilization within versatile three-phase line systems, this switch showcases a simplistic design, providing a cost-effective and user-friendly experience. Available in a range of rated currents from 200 to 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a sturdy base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The gate knife structure, key to its functionality, ensures precise opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife utilizes dual conductive blades with external compression springs for optimal performance. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure is achieved, enhancing the switch's reliability. Engage the switch effortlessly using an insulated hook stick, with a built-in self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Designed for operation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Engineered to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
The switch is resilient to seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, ideal for sites free from frequent intense vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances, ensuring the switch's insulation and conductivity remain uncompromised.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the following switch components:
Efficiently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain optimal performance.
Examine all components for any signs of damage, with emphasis on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on the conductive part, ensuring reliable operation.
