These transformers adeptly handle voltages from 2400V to 34,500V, converting them to easily manageable utilization voltages. From commercial and industrial requirements such as 277V, 240/480V, 2400V, and 4800V, to the widely used single-phase voltage of 120/240V, these transformers excel in performance. They seamlessly integrate into small substations and various other applications, and are equally adept at stepping up voltages when necessary.
CHBEB is proud to offer two exceptional types of single-phase pole-mounted transformers: the conventional type and the innovative Completely Self-Protected (CSP) type, both designed to deliver unparalleled performance with power ratings reaching up to 167kVA.

- Uncompromising High Efficiency: These transformers not only meet but surpass the DOE Energy Efficiency Standards, as well as ANSI/IEEE and CSA standards, ensuring peak efficiency and reliability.
- Standard Features: Equipped with ISO 9001 quality certification, sturdy lifting lugs, arrester mounting pads, high-voltage porcelain bushings with eyebolt terminals, low-voltage bushings with eyebolt terminals, and secure low-voltage neutral grounding straps.
- Innovative Self-Protected (CSP) Design: The CSP units come with enhanced protection features, including primary protective links, surge arresters, secondary circuit breakers, emergency overload reset handles, and overload signal lights for added safety.
- Durability and Safety: Engineered with a self-venting and resealing cover assembly, these transformers ensure safe and reliable long-term operation.
Operating Environment:
- Ambient Temperature: Designed to operate optimally between a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -15°C.
- Altitude: Effective performance up to altitudes not exceeding 1000m.
- Humidity:
- Daily average relative humidity is maintained at ≤95%.
- Monthly average relative humidity should not exceed ≤90%.
- Seismic Intensity: Robust enough to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in challenging conditions.
- Installation Conditions: The installation area must be free from fire, explosion risks, severe vibrations, chemical corrosives, and heavy pollution for optimal performance.
