(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for operational excellence on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load presence, while still maintaining voltage.
Specifically crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch distinguishes itself through its straightforward design, budget-friendly nature, and user-friendly operation. The switch is available in a range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each unit is composed of a base, robust post insulators, efficient conductive components, and a precision-engineered mechanical section. The circuit is opened and closed using a sophisticated gate knife mechanism. This mechanism features two conductive blades per phase, complete with external compression springs positioned on each side. By adjusting the spring's height, the required contact pressure for the gate knife is achieved. Operation is conducted effortlessly with an insulated hook stick, ensuring a secure opening and closing process, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Ideal operational conditions require an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature must be maintained with a maximum not surpassing +40°C and a minimum not descending below -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic activity with an intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation locale should not be subject to frequent or severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances that could impair the switch's insulating and conductive properties.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, carry out a meticulous inspection of the following switch components:
Remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Assess all components for any damage, with particular attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the condition of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure optimal performance.
