Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch — a refined isolation disconnect switch crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is engineered to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, even with voltage present, but without carrying any load. Its versatility makes it ideal for diverse applications in demanding environments.
Designed for single-phase utility in three-phase line systems, this switch is lauded for its straightforward structure, budget-friendly nature, and user-friendly operation. It boasts a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a dependable base, sturdy post insulators, conductive components, and a robust mechanical segment. With a state-of-the-art gate knife design, it flawlessly manages circuit opening and closing. Each gate knife features two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the gate knife's performance. Operated using an insulated hook stick, it includes a built-in self-locking mechanism for added security.
Working Environment:
Ensures reliable performance at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
Operative in extreme temperatures, from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C.
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second.
Built to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; ideal for sites free of frequent, severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive materials that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ADVISED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently cleanse conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to maintain pristine conditions.
Examine all parts for potential damages, with keen attention to insulating porcelain bottles for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in optimal condition.
