Introducing the (H)GWBEB type, an outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch. Engineered for excellence, it is specifically crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is perfect for seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits when voltage is present, but without a load.
Designed for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, the switch stands out with its simple structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. With rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, this versatile switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. The switch utilizes a gate knife structure for smooth circuit control. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades and features external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the required contact pressure is achieved for optimal switch performance. Operators can safely use an insulated hook stick for opening and closing, supported by a convenient self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Optimal functionality is ensured at an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Thriving in an ambient temperature range between -30°C to +40°C;
Can withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Designed to endure seismic activities up to 8 degrees with installation sites free from excessive vibrations.
The installation area must remain free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, grime, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR SOLUTIONS.

Annual Maintenance: Conduct a thorough inspection of the switch's components regularly each year:
Eliminate any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain optimal performance.
Examine all components for any signs of damage, focusing closely on the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or structural compromise.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition to ensure seamless operation.
