Elevate your power management with the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as the isolation disconnect switch. Expertly engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits while voltage is present, ensuring reliability and safety in your electrical infrastructure.
Crafted for single-phase functionality within three-phase line systems, this switch exemplifies simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. Offering an impressive range of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these switches are meticulously composed of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates the efficient opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife is ingeniously equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs on each side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operation is effortlessly managed using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperatures with a maximum limit of +40°C and a minimum limit of -30°C;
Handles outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; the installation site must remain free of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS MENTIONED ABOVE ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to ensure reliable performance:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Examine all parts for potential damage, with particular attention to inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or other damage.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains optimal integrity and function.
