(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits where load is absent but voltage persists.
Purposefully engineered for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward structure, economic efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Offering a spectrum of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these innovative switches comprise a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure enables seamless circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting these springs' height ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. The operation is effortlessly conducted with an insulated hook stick, and the device is fortified with a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
The switch is optimally operational at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to thrive in ambient temperatures, with a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; it requires an installation site that avoids frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check on the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all parts for any damage, with a particular focus on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for damage and cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part is in optimal condition.
