(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This cutting-edge switch allows for the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.
This switch is specifically designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward structure that offers both affordability and user-friendliness. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it consists of a robust base, high-quality post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates circuit opening and closing, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades equipped with external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is achieved for superior functionality. The insulated hook stick ensures safe and efficient operation, complemented by a self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Installation is suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
The switch thrives in ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensity up to 8 degrees, with installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ideal installation sites are devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IN CASE THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure annual checks by regularly inspecting the following parts of the switch:
Consistently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Examine all parts for damage, with particular attention given to inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on the conductive parts to ensure excellent condition and operation.
