(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, prominently referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It expertly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while maintaining voltage presence.
This switch is designed for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, distinguished by its simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. It offers an array of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, featuring a gate knife mechanism for seamless circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is crafted with dual conductive blades and fortified with external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. The switch operation utilizes an insulated hook stick for efficient opening and closing actions and incorporates a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Ideal operational conditions require an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature must remain within the range: a maximum not surpassing +40°C; a minimum not dipping below -30°C;
The switch is designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Ensures resilience against seismic activity, withstanding intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, and installation sites should avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impair the switch's insulation integrity and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO INITIATE A DISCUSSION WITH THE COMPANY FOR FURTHER GUIDANCE.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the switch, focusing on these critical components:
Ensure the removal of dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior to maintain peak performance.
Meticulously inspect all components for damage, giving special attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the quality of the contact surface on the conductive components to ensure seamless functionality.
