This sophisticated device allows seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage presence but without load, ensuring safety and efficiency in your power systems.
Our switch is uniquely designed for single-phase operation in three-phase line systems, boasting a simple yet effective structure, making it highly affordable and user-friendly. It is available in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to diverse needs. The switch's architecture consists of a durable base, reliable post insulators, conductive components, and a robust mechanical section. We use an innovative gate knife structure to facilitate flawless circuit opening and closing. Each phase includes two conductive blades with strategically placed external compression springs. By adjusting these springs' height, you achieve optimal contact pressure, enhancing the switch's operational reliability. Utilizing an insulated hook stick for operation, this switch ensures ease of use and safety, featuring an integral self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Ideal installation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters,
Ambient temperature conditions: maximum operating temperature not above +40°C and minimum temperature not below -30°C,
Capably designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second,
Resilient against seismic activities with intensity not exceeding 8 degrees. The installation site should remain free from frequent and severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and any other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely compromise the switch's insulation performance and conductivity.

Annually, perform a meticulous inspection of these switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive sections, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to maintain pristine conductivity.
Conduct a comprehensive examination for any damage, with particular focus on identifying cracks or damage to the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure efficient performance.
