(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for seamless application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This remarkable switch serves to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without the need for load interruption, even when voltage is present.
This switch is specifically engineered for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems. It stands out due to its remarkably simple structure, exceptional cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Available in a range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. Employing a sophisticated gate knife structure, the switch ensures reliable circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is ingeniously designed with two conductive blades and is equipped with durable external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the required contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is expertly achieved. Conveniently operated with an insulated hook stick, the switch features a dependable self-locking mechanism for secure opening and closing actions.
Working Environment:
The altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Enjoy optimal performance in ambient temperatures, with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed for outdoor use, the switch withstands wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Ensuring stability in seismic conditions, it performs effectively in regions with seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, and should be installed in areas free from frequent severe vibrations.
It's essential that the installation site remains free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a thorough annual inspection of the following switch components:
Carefully remove dirt from all conductive parts, ensuring contact surfaces and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles are spotless.
Diligently check all parts for any signs of damage, paying particular attention to inspect the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage and cracks.
Evaluate the quality of the contact surface of the conductive part to ensure it remains in excellent condition.
