The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, affectionately known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted to perform seamlessly on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to adeptly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without engaging the load, all while maintaining voltage presence.
This versatile switch is specifically designed for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems. It stands out due to its streamlined structure, remarkable affordability, and effortless usability. Offering a range of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—this switch is a blend of a robust base, reliable post insulators, conductive components, and a meticulously engineered mechanical section. It employs a gate knife structure to efficiently manage the circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is a duo of conductive blades, bolstered by external compression springs on each side, allowing for precise adjustment of contact pressure simply by modifying the spring height. Its operation is simplified through an insulated hook stick, making opening and closing maneuvers easy, and it comes equipped with a dependable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
It thrives at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
This switch operates seamlessly within an ambient temperature range from a cool -30°C to a warm +40°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Endures seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, provided the installation environment is free from frequent intense vibrations.
The installation area must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE USE CONDITIONS SURPASS THE ABOVE PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections of the following switch components to maintain peak performance:
Carefully eradicate any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles' surface.
Inspect all components vigilantly for any signs of damage, focusing especially on the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains impeccable.
