(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on expansive 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is engineered to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present but without a load.
This switch is engineered for single-phase operation in three-phase line systems, distinguished by its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It offers a range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switches are composed of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, boasting a gate knife structure for circuit operation. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides, allowing adjustment of spring height to achieve optimal contact pressure. The switch is operated using an insulated hook stick for precise opening and closing actions and includes a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Ensures operation at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperatures with a ceiling of +40°C and a floor of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to handle seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely affect insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN SPECIFIED NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE CUSTOM SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Inspect all parts for any damage, with special focus on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part maintains good condition.
