(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, fondly termed as the isolation disconnect switch, is crafted meticulously for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated device is engineered to manage the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, skillfully handling situations where a load is absent yet voltage is present.
Our switch is meticulously curated for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems. Distinguished by its uncomplicated design, this switch offers affordability and unparalleled ease of use. It is available in a variety of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and an impressive 1250 amps. The switch is a masterpiece of engineering, comprising a base, robust post insulators, high-conductivity parts, and a meticulously designed mechanical section. It employs a gate knife structure for circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on both sides for optimal performance. Precise adjustment of the spring height ensures the necessary contact pressure for flawless switch operation. The switch's operations, including opening and closing, are seamlessly carried out using an insulated hook stick and it boasts a reliable self-locking device to enhance safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude must not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: soaring to a maximum of +40°C and dipping to a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity should not surpass 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity is restrained to 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent intense vibrations.
The installation environment should be devoid of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, grime, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection, meticulously evaluating the following components of the switch:
Diligently remove any impurities from conductive components, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain operational excellence.
Scrutinize all components meticulously for any signs of damage, giving particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle to detect any damage or cracks.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part maintains its integrity and performance.
