This state-of-the-art innovation is meticulously engineered for seamless integration into 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. With this advanced switch, effortlessly manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits. Experience unparalleled efficiency as the switch operates without load yet under voltage conditions, ensuring peak safety and unwavering reliability.

This switch is a true engineering marvel, tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It distinguishes itself with its simple structure, cost-effectiveness, and intuitive operation. Versatile in design, it accommodates rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Built with a durable base, robust post insulators, premium conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section, this switch excels in performance. The innovative gate knife structure enhances circuit operations; each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades. External compression springs ensure optimal contact pressure, adjustable through spring height modification. Operating the switch is straightforward with an insulated hook stick, and it incorporates a self-locking device for added security.

Working Environment:

Expertly designed to deliver flawless performance at altitudes up to 1000 meters;

Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures, with a maximum not exceeding +40°C and a minimum not dipping below -30°C;

Engineered to maintain optimal performance in outdoor conditions with wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;

Built to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; perfect for installation sites with minimal severe vibrations.

For superior performance, the installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

  1. For optimal performance, meticulously remove dust and dirt from all components. Ensure the insulating porcelain bottle's surface is clean to maintain its integrity.
  2. Thoroughly clean the wiring surface of the ground screw to guarantee optimal electrical contact.
  3. For smooth operation, apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas.
  4. Diligently inspect the contact surface, adjusting the compression spring height to ensure that contact pressure meets the specifications outlined in Table II.
  5. This switch is specially engineered for hoisting use and is designed to work in perfect harmony with transformers on the line.
  6. The switch supports a rated current of 200-400 amperes, typically using three mounting holes. For 600-1000A, the configuration remains three mounting holes, ensuring optimal stability.

Ensure longevity by performing annual inspections on the following parts:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle to preserve functionality.

Inspect all components for potential damage, paying special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of cracks or damage.

Confirm the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition to ensure efficient operation.
