(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse (hereinafter referred to as "fuse") is meticulously engineered for optimal performance in outdoor overhead distribution systems operating at a rated frequency of 50Hz, with a rated voltage spectrum of 10kV to 40.5kV. This sophisticated fuse acts as an essential safeguard for circuits and electrical apparatus, effectively managing the risks associated with overloads or short-circuit faults within power systems. Under normal operational conditions, the fuse is strategically placed in series within the power line, maintaining a tensioned state with a secure movable joint lock. Upon detection of a fault, the fault current initiates the fuse to blow, gracefully releasing the movable joint. The fuse tube is promptly dropped, and the circuit is efficiently interrupted, delivering superior safety protection, facilitating maintenance of the line and equipment. Enhancing the conventional design, the load type fuse incorporates an elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, adeptly managing the opening and closure of load currents in power systems.
The design and functionality of the fuse are rigorously aligned with prestigious technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 for high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, along with DL / T 640 - 1997, which governs the technical conditions for ordering outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links.
Working Environment:
Ambient temperature: -40°C to +40°C; ensuring optimal performance across diverse climatic conditions.
Relative humidity: the daily average should not exceed 95%, with the monthly average capped at 90%; promoting reliable operation in varying humidity levels.
The installation altitude is recommended not to exceed 3000 meters; ensuring robust functionality at high elevations.
Outdoor wind speed should remain below 34 meters/second; safeguarding the equipment in windy conditions.
Installation site: Ensure there are no fire, explosion hazards, chemical corrosive gases, and that the area is well-ventilated; crucial for maintaining product integrity and safety.
Note: In circumstances where standard conditions are surpassed, we encourage users to engage in dialogue with our company for tailored solutions.
