(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch excels at effortlessly opening and closing both single-phase and three-phase circuits when carrying no load yet carrying voltage. It's the ideal tool for maintaining continuous current flow with safety and reliability.
Engineered for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch shines with its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Available in a versatile range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a reliable mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure efficiently manages circuit opening and closing, utilizing two conductive blades per phase, accompanied by external compression springs on each side. Adjusting these springs' height ensures optimal contact pressure for the gate knife's operation. Opening and closing are managed with an insulated hook stick, and a self-locking device guarantees secure switching.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should not experience frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check of the following switch components:
Remove any accumulation of dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Inspect all components for damage, focusing particularly on identifying any harm or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Examine the contact surface of the conductive parts to ensure they remain in perfect condition.
