Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a premium isolation disconnect switch specifically engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This advanced apparatus expertly facilitates the seamless opening and closure of single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage integrity, ensuring unparalleled performance and reliability in the absence of load.
Crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch embodies simplicity, economic value, and user-friendliness. It offers a diverse array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Constructed with a robust base, durable post insulators, highly conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section, these switches employ an ingenious gate knife structure for flawless circuit operations. Each phase incorporates twin conductive blades, fortified by external compression springs, whose adjustable heights assure optimal contact pressure. Operable via an insulated hook stick, it also boasts a reliable self-locking device for safe and secure functionality.
Working Environment:
Operable at altitudes of up to 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding an ambient temperature range with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to endure outdoor wind conditions at speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Constructed to withstand seismic activities up to an intensity of 8 degrees; Ideal installation sites should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation locations must avoid environments with gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, or dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch’s insulation and conductive efficiency.
Note:
SHOULD OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS EXCEED THE STANDARD PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH OUR COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections to maintain peak operational efficiency:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle to preserve integrity and function.
Inspect all components for signs of wear or damage, with a particular focus on identifying any cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of each conductive part remains in optimal condition for uninterrupted operation.
