Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pinnacle of precision engineering, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. Crafted for excellence, it's designed specifically to manage 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This versatile switch offers the capability to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits effortlessly without load disconnection, yet with voltage present, ensuring seamless integration into your power system.
This switch is meticulously crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It boasts a straightforward, robust structure that marries cost-effectiveness with user-friendliness. Choose from rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, allowing for flexible adaptation to your needs. The switch's construction includes a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a dynamic mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife featuring two strong conductive blades, reinforced by external compression springs on each side to guarantee optimal contact pressure. Utilize an insulated hook stick for smooth opening and closing, complemented by a self-locking device to ensure safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Designed to withstand ambient temperatures: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Operational efficiency in outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; select installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that may significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
FOR CONDITIONS EXCEEDING THESE NORMAL PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Carefully remove any accumulated dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Inspect all parts for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in optimal condition.
