(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as the isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is proficient in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits effortlessly, when voltage is present but sans load.
Designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch epitomizes simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. The switch boasts rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, and comprises a robust assembly of a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure enables seamless circuit operation, each phase brandishing two conductive blades encased by external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch’s gate knife is guaranteed. Operable via an insulated hook stick, this switch is equipped with an intuitive self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Operate seamlessly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Remain resilient within ambient temperatures: from a crisp maximum of +40°C to a chilly minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to resist seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; installation sites should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
Safeguarded against environments with gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that may critically impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, conduct routine inspections on the following switch components:
Effortlessly eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Thoroughly inspect all components for any damage, with particular emphasis on detecting any harm or fractures in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains optimal functionality.
