This marvel of modern engineering is precisely crafted for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It deftly manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, operating smoothly without load yet under voltage presence. Safety and reliability are paramount, making this advanced switch an essential tool in your power management arsenal.

This switch embodies engineering excellence, designed specifically for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems. Its standout features include a simple yet effective design, economical cost, and ease of use. Versatility is at its core, offering compatibility with rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Comprising a durable base, resilient post insulators, premium conductive parts, and a highly efficient mechanical section, it integrates a pioneering gate knife structure to optimize circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, augmented by external compression springs that ensure ideal contact pressure, adjustable via spring height. The switch's operation is made effortless through an insulated hook stick, with a self-locking device incorporated for enhanced security.

Working Environment:

Expertly designed to perform optimally at altitudes up to 1000 meters;

Specifically built to endure ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;

Engineered to maintain peak performance in outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;

Durably constructed to withstand seismic events up to 8 degrees; ideal for sites with minimal severe vibrations.

For unparalleled performance, installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could detrimentally affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

  1. Ensure the pinnacle of performance by meticulously clearing dust and dirt from all components. Delicately clean the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to uphold its integrity.
  2. Thoroughly cleanse the ground screw's wiring surface to guarantee optimal electrical contact.
  3. For seamless operation, apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline across all rotating parts and contact points.
  4. Diligently inspect the contact surface. Adjust the compression spring's height to ensure contact pressure matches the specifications detailed in Table II.
  5. This switch is engineered for hoisting purposes exclusively and is harmonized to function with transformers on the line.
  6. The switch supports rated currents of 200-400 ampere hours, typically using three mounting holes. For 600-1000A, the design remains at three mounting holes to ensure stability.

Guarantee longevity by conducting yearly inspections of the following components:
Meticulously clear any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain effective operation.

Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.

Verify that the conductive part's contact surface is in pristine condition, ensuring efficient operation.
