(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is crafted to efficiently manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits in scenarios where voltage is present but without a load. This innovative switch ensures optimal performance and reliable service across diverse electrical applications.
The switch is tailored for single-phase deployment in three-phase line systems, boasting a simple structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. With rated currents available at 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are versatile and adaptive. They are composed of a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The cutting-edge gate knife structure facilitates precise opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades, reinforced by external compression springs on both sides. Adjusting the spring height ensures the necessary contact pressure for optimal switch function. Operation is effortlessly conducted using an insulated hook stick, and the switch is equipped with a self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should not exceed 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site must not be prone to frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should remain free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could seriously impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct regular annual inspections of the following switch components:
Meticulously clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to preserve performance integrity.
Diligently inspect all components for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains optimal condition for reliable performance.
