Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an exceptional tool synonymous with safety and reliability. Also known as an isolation disconnect switch, it is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This device is ingeniously tailored to facilitate the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, even when the voltage is present, but without load, ensuring seamless operation and utmost security.
Our switch is innovatively designed for single-phase integration within three-phase line systems, boasting an elegantly simple structure that ensures cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. Available in a range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are constructed with a robust base, reliable post insulators, superior conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. The cutting-edge gate knife structure empowers efficient circuit management, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades equipped with external compression springs. Adjustable spring height guarantees optimal contact pressure, while the switch's operation with an insulated hook stick is bolstered by a secure self-locking device.
Working Environment:
The switch is engineered for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
It operates within an ambient temperature range, with a maximum temperature not surpassing +40°C and a minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Designed for environments where outdoor wind speeds do not exceed 35 meters/second;
Suited for locations with seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The ideal installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could detrimentally impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Yearly Maintenance: Regularly inspect the following switch components:
Ensure that conductive parts and contact surfaces are free from dirt, and maintain the insulating porcelain bottles' pristine surface.
Conduct a thorough check of all parts for damages, with particular emphasis on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity and quality of contact surfaces within the conductive part, ensuring optimal performance.
