Structure
Iron core:
Iron core:
Crafted from premium high-performance, high-permeability silicon steel sheets, the iron core ensures low no-load loss.
High/low voltage winding:
Low-voltage winding for up to 500KVA is layer-type, while new spiral type is used for 630KVA and above, complementing efficiency and performance.
Characterized by high mechanical strength, balanced ampere-turn distribution, and robust short-circuit resistance.
Fully sealed structure:
Utilizing a fully sealed design, the transformer employs a vacuum oil filling process to thoroughly eradicate moisture, ensuring that transformer oil remains isolated from external air. This prevents oil aging, thereby enhancing operational reliability.
Positioning structure:
Enhanced with a positioning structure, the product prevents displacement during transit, with all fasteners secured for utmost stability.
The Reliable Oil Immersed Transformer CHBEB 30kVA-20000kVA is ingeniously equipped with robust fastening nuts, meticulously designed to ensure that all fasteners remain firmly in place, preventing any loosening during the prolonged operation of the product.
Oil Tank:
The oil tank of this exceptional transformer features a sophisticated corrugated design. This not only simplifies the manufacturing process but also enhances mechanical strength, ensuring a superior welding effect. With its impeccable construction, leakage is unlikely. The dynamic fluidity of the oil significantly boosts the product's heat dissipation capabilities, allowing for optimal performance.
Additional Configuration:
This transformer is thoughtfully equipped with a pressure relief valve and a signal thermometer, providing assured safety and efficient operation throughout its life span.

Note 1: For transformers with a rated capacity of 500kVA and below, the load loss values positioned above the diagonal line within the table are specifically designed for the Dyn11 or Yzn11 coupling group. Conversely, the load loss values that reside below the diagonal line are perfectly tailored for the Yyn0 coupling group.
Note 2: When the transformer's average annual load rate ranges between 35% and 40%, the pinnacle of operational efficiency can be achieved by adhering to the loss values presented within the table.
