The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, widely recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless application on high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, operating at levels of 10(12, 15, 24)kV. Designed to proficiently open and close circuits across single-phase or three-phase systems without a load but with voltage presence, it stands as a pivotal component in power management.
Specifically crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simplistic yet robust structure, ensuring cost-efficiency and user-friendly operation. Offering a comprehensive range of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—it adeptly serves a variety of needs. The switch's composition includes a base, post insulators, conductive segments, and a mechanical section, with an innovative gate knife structure for circuit modulation. Each phase features a dual-blade gate knife, augmented by external compression springs on either side, crucial for achieving optimal contact pressure through adjustable spring height. An insulated hook stick facilitates manual operation, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
The altitude should not exceed 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance.
Ambient temperature must remain between a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, maintaining stability in various climates.
Outdoor wind speed should be restricted to a maximum of 35 meters/second to ensure operational integrity.
The seismic intensity must not surpass 8 degrees, with the installation site strategically chosen to avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other harmful explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS FOR NORMAL USE ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Remove all dirt and contaminants from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak functionality.
Carefully inspect all components for any damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle to detect any signs of damage or cracking.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in optimal condition to ensure consistent operation.
