(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, fondly known as the isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for the critical operation of 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It expertly manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, but without load.
This exceptional switch is tailored for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, celebrated for its straightforward design, budget-friendly nature, and user-friendly operation. Choose from a range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is a harmonious assembly of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures seamless opening and closing of circuits. In each phase, the gate knife features two conductive blades fortified with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is attained. The switch's operation involves an insulated hook stick for reliable opening and closing, and a robust self-locking device ensures secure engagement.
Working Environment:
A majestic altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: peaks not above +40°C; troughs not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed gracefully not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity poised not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should be devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform diligent annual inspections on the following switch components:
Eradicate dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Carefully examine all parts for any damage, with particular emphasis on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Assess the contact surface of the conductive part to ensure it remains in excellent condition.
