Discover the robust and reliable (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a crucial component for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This advanced isolation disconnect switch is expertly crafted for opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, ensuring seamless operation without load.
Tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its simplistic design, affordability, and user-friendliness. The range of available rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—makes it versatile for diverse requirements. Its structure includes a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section featuring a gate knife mechanism for circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife integrates dual conductive blades, with external compression springs on both sides. Users can adjust the spring height to attain optimal contact pressure. The switch's operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device for enhanced safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Operates efficiently at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature ranges: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Handles outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring stability at sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation environments should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual checks on the following switch components:
Eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain efficiency.
Inspect all components meticulously for damage, with a focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in optimal condition.
