Designed with precision, it enables the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence without load.

Our switch is uniquely designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. Boasting a simple yet robust structure, it is both cost-effective and user-friendly. With rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, this versatile switch comprises a sturdy base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. Its gate knife structure, comprising two conductive blades and external compression springs, ensures efficient circuit operation. The adjustable spring height fine-tunes the necessary contact pressure, facilitating secure and precise gate knife actions. Operate the switch effortlessly with an insulated hook stick and benefit from its integrated self-locking device for enhanced safety.

Working Environment:

Designed to operate efficiently at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;

Installation, Use, and Adjustment

Pre-installation Work

1. Thoroughly cleanse all parts by removing dust and dirt, and attentively wipe the insulating porcelain bottle surface for optimal performance.
2. Ensure the wiring surface of the ground screw is meticulously scrubbed for enhanced connectivity.
3. Apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas for smooth operation.
4. Inspect the contact surfaces rigorously and adjust the compression spring height to ensure contact pressure aligns with specifications outlined in Table II.
5. This switch is exclusively crafted for hoisting use and is designed for seamless integration with transformers on the line.
6. For rated currents between 200-400 ampere hours, generally only three mounting holes are required. For 600-1000A, utilize three mounting holes.

Annual Maintenance Checks:
Diligently remove all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain peak efficiency.

Examine all components for signs of damage, paying particular attention to any potential cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.

Verify that the contact surface of each conductive part maintains optimal condition.
