Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a cutting-edge solution also known as an isolation disconnect switch. This advanced equipment is expertly designed for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, efficiently opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits even when voltage is present, though without load.
Engineered for exceptional performance in single-phase usage within three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its straightforward structure, economic viability, and user-friendly interface. With an array of available rated currents such as 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches boast a robust construction featuring a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. It utilizes a sophisticated gate knife structure, where each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs on either side. By expertly adjusting the spring height, the desired contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is effortlessly achieved. The switch is seamlessly operated using an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions and is well-equipped with a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dirt, dust, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that may significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS CAN ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a thorough annual inspection of the following switch components:
Remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to ensure optimal efficiency.
Carefully examine all parts for potential damage, with heightened focus on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part is in optimal condition.
