The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously crafted for seamless integration on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch excels at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits, effortlessly managing tasks where voltage is present, yet load is absent.
Designed specifically for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward structure, unparalleled cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly functionality. Offering a range of rated currents such as 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, essential conductive parts, and a comprehensive mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates efficient circuit management, with each phase's gate knife featuring a pair of conductive blades flanked by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. The height-adjustable springs ensure precise contact pressure, while an insulated hook stick provides effortless operation for opening and closing, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature parameters: maximum not exceeding +40°C; minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Adaptable to outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Engineered to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; installation sites must not be prone to frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IN CASE THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual routine check of the following parts of the switch:
Eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular attention to checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface of the conductive part to ensure superior performance.
