The prestigious (H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, often simply referred to as the 'fuse,' is a cutting-edge solution tailored for outdoor overhead distribution systems. It operates seamlessly within a rated frequency of 50Hz and accommodates a range of rated voltages extending from 10kV to 40.5kV (10kV/12/15/35/40.5). This innovative fuse serves as a crucial protective component against overloads or short circuit faults, ensuring the safety and reliability of power systems. When in regular operation, this fuse, expertly designed to integrate in series within the power line, remains in a tensioned state with a securely locked movable joint. If a fault arises, the resultant fault current triggers the fuse to blow, promptly releasing the movable joint. This action allows the fuse tube to swiftly detach, thus disconnecting the circuit and safeguarding the line and equipment for maintenance operations. Enhanced with elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, the load type fuse surpasses its ordinary counterparts, enabling it to efficiently manage opening and closing of load currents within the power system.
The fuse proudly adheres to rigorous technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 for high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, as well as DL / T 640 - 1997 standards for outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and the specific technical conditions for ordering fuse links.
Working Environment:
Ambient temperature: Ranging from -40°C to an impressive +40°C;
Relative humidity: Maintained with a daily average not exceeding 95%, and a monthly average not surpassing 90%;
Installation at altitudes of up to a commanding 3000 meters;
Designed for outdoor conditions with wind speeds not exceeding a brisk 34 meters per second;
Installation site: Ideally situated away from fire, explosive hazards, or chemical corrosive gases, ensuring a well-ventilated environment.
