(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse (hereinafter referred to as "fuse") is expertly crafted for the outdoor overhead distribution systems with an impressive rated frequency of 50Hz and rated voltage of 10kV (12/15/35/40.5). It serves as an indispensable protective element for circuits and electrical equipment, shielding them from overloads or short circuits in the power system. Under normal conditions, the fuse is securely connected in series within the power line, maintaining a tensioned state, with the movable joint firmly locked. In the event of a line failure, the fault current prompts the fuse to blow, releasing the movable joint, swiftly dropping the fuse tube, and effectively cutting off the circuit. This sequence ensures the utmost safety and protection for both line and equipment maintenance. This advanced load type fuse is enhanced with elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, elevating it beyond the ordinary type, and is specifically designed to adeptly manage the opening and closing of load currents in the power system.
The fuse is meticulously engineered to comply with respected technical standards such as GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, DL / T 640 - 1997 outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links ordering technical conditions.
Working Environment:
The ambient temperature ranges from a brisk -40°C to a warm +40°C, ensuring reliability in diverse climates;
Relative humidity levels are well-managed, with a daily average not exceeding 95%, and a monthly average capped at 90%;
The product is designed to perform flawlessly at altitudes up to 3000m;
It withstands outdoor wind speeds of up to 34 meters/second without compromise;
The installation site requirement is a safe, well-ventilated location free from fire, explosion hazards, and chemical corrosive gases.
