The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It serves the primary purpose of safely opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without bearing load but maintaining voltage presence. A crucial asset for energy systems, it promises reliable performance.
Designed specifically for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its straightforward design, economic efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, each switch is constructed with a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical segment. Utilizing an innovative gate knife structure, the opening and closing of circuits become seamless. Each phase's gate knife is engineered with dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs that flank both sides. By fine-tuning the spring height, the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Its operation is facilitated with an insulated hook stick for executing opening and closing actions, complete with a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; installations must be in areas free from frequent severe vibrations.
The location for installation must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, excessive dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS EXCEED THE NORMAL USE PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.

Annual Maintenance: Ensure the following components of the switch are regularly checked every year:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain reliability.
Carefully inspect all parts for damage, placing significant emphasis on examining the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in pristine condition to ensure continued operational efficiency.
