Specifically engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24) kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch excels at safely opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, all while voltage is present. A hallmark of reliability and efficiency, this product is designed to meet all your high-voltage isolation needs with precision.

Our Reliable Outdoor Isolation Switch with Load Break Disconnector is meticulously crafted for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems. Its hallmark features include a straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Choose from an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, tailored to meet your specific requirements. The switch's robust construction is evident in its base, post insulators, conductive components, and mechanical section. The innovative gate knife mechanism ensures effective circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. Fine-tune the spring height to achieve optimal contact pressure for the gate knife's seamless operation. The switch is activated using an insulated hook stick, offering a secure way to open and close, enhanced by a reliable self-locking device.

Working Environment:

Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, providing reliable performance across various terrains;

Capable of operating in ambient temperatures ranging from a scorching +40°C to a chilly -30°C, ensuring functionality in diverse climates;

Installation, Use, and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. Thoroughly remove all dust and dirt from the components, ensuring the insulating porcelain bottle's surface is carefully cleaned.
2. Diligently scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to maintain optimal conductivity.
3. Apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas to reduce friction and enhance longevity.
4. Inspect the contact surface meticulously, adjusting the compression spring height to align with Table II's specified contact pressure requirements.
5. This switch is exclusively designed for hoisting applications, working seamlessly with transformers on the line, ensuring efficient power distribution.
6. For switches with a rated current of 200-400 ampere hours, three mounting holes are typically utilized, while the 600-1000A options also use three mounting holes, ensuring a secure installation.

Conduct an annual inspection to ensure the switch's optimal performance:
Meticulously clean dirt and debris from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain seamless operation.

Examine all components for any signs of damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for any cracks or impairments.

Verify the integrity of the contact surface within the conductive parts, ensuring flawless operation.
