(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often revered as the isolation disconnect switch, is a marvel of electrical engineering, meticulously crafted for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It expertly facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits unburdened by load but with voltage presence.
Engineered for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its straightforward structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly nature. It is offered in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, ensuring versatility. The switch's construction comprises a sturdy base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. For circuit operations, it employs a gate knife structure, ingeniously designed with dual conductive blades complemented by external compression springs on either side. The spring height, adjustable to achieve optimal contact pressure, is testament to the switch's adaptability. Controlled via an insulated hook stick, it features a self-locking device for enhanced operational security.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature is optimized for ranges with a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should not surpass 8 degrees; installation sites should be free from frequent severe vibrations to ensure longevity.
The installation environment should be pristine, devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS ARE CONSIDERABLY EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DETAILED CONSULTATION WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, a meticulous review of the following switch components is essential:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Conduct a thorough inspection of all components for potential damage, with special attention to any signs of damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in pristine condition.
