The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is capable of gracefully opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load yet maintaining voltage presence, ensuring unparalleled operational efficiency.
This switch, tailored for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, boasts a remarkably simple structure, cost-effectiveness, paired with user-friendly operation. It is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's composition includes a robust base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Its gate knife structure facilitates the seamless opening and closing of circuits, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades supported by external compression springs. These springs, adjustable for optimal spring height, ensure precise contact pressure for secure operation. The switch's opening and closing are executed with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device for added safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: maximum +40°C; minimum -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not surpassing 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; installation sites must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE WELCOME TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual comprehensive inspection of the following switch components:
Thoroughly remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain peak condition.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular emphasis on checking for damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle to ensure uninterrupted performance.
Assess whether the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
