The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, distinguished as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is designed to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without bearing a load, yet with voltage present. Discover a superior level of operational excellence.
Engineered for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its streamlined structure, affordability, and user-friendly design. Available in a variety of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The gate knife structure adeptly handles circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife comprising two conductive blades held by external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is assured for the switch's gate knife, ensuring flawless performance. Operate with confidence using the insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing actions, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
The altitude should not surpass 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature constraints: peak temperatures should not exceed +40°C, and should not drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should remain below 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity is capped at 8 degrees; installations must avoid areas prone to frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE SPECIFIED NORMAL CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ADVISED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH OUR COMPANY FOR ALTERNATIVES.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually inspect the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface.
Examine all components for potential damage, with particular scrutiny on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in impeccable condition.
