The remarkable (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It offers reliable functionality to open and close either single-phase or three-phase circuits effortlessly, even with voltage present, but without load.
This switch is a masterpiece of engineering, specifically designed for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems. Its attributes include a straightforward structure, remarkable cost-effectiveness, and easy operation. You can choose from a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, or 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a base, sturdy post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section, all working in harmony. The gate knife structure ensures seamless opening and closing of circuits. Each phase features a gate knife with two conductive blades complemented by external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is attained. Operations are made safe and simple with an insulated hook stick, while a self-locking device guarantees security.
Working Environment:
Operate seamlessly at altitudes of up to 1000 meters;
Function within an ambient temperature range of a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds of no more than 35 meters per second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensity levels up to 8 degrees; the installation area should be free from frequent, severe vibrations.
The chosen installation location should be devoid of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that could detrimentally affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Annual inspection checklist: Regularly examine the following components of the switch:
Remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain pristine condition.
Inspect every component for potential damage and pay special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition for reliable operation.
