(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as a state-of-the-art isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It expertly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, ensuring unparalleled safety and efficiency.
Our switch is specifically crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems and boasts a straightforward design that is both budget-friendly and user-centric. With rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, it offers versatility for diverse power requirements. The switch is composed of a robust base, sturdy post insulators, durable conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. Employing an innovative gate knife structure, it guarantees precise circuit engagement. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades and features external compression springs for optimal pressure adjustment, ensuring reliable contact. Operated via an insulated hook stick, the switch includes a self-locking mechanism for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: should remain below +40°C and not drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed must not surpass 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees; the site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation should occur in locations devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that might compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD NORMAL USE CONDITIONS EXCEED SPECIFICATIONS, USERS ARE INVITED TO NEGOTIATE WITH US FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually perform meticulous checks on the following components of the switch:
Eradicate any dirt from conductive components, contact areas, and the surfaces of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all parts for any potential damage, giving extra attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surfaces of the conductive parts are in excellent condition.
