The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It empowers users to effortlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while maintaining complete safety with voltage present. Its robust design ensures high performance and reliability.
Crafted for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its streamlined structure, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Offering a versatile selection of rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a durable base, sturdy post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. The switch utilizes an advanced gate knife structure for circuit operations. Each phase features a gate knife with dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. The switch is operated using an insulated hook stick for convenient open and close actions, complete with a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance even at elevated locations;
Engineered to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum not exceeding +40°C and a minimum not dipping below -30°C;
Capable of resisting outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, guaranteeing stability in windy conditions;
Built to resist seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations for enduring reliability.
The installation site must be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's impeccable insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the switch to maintain optimal functionality:
Meticulously clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain peak performance.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any potential damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in impeccable condition for reliable operation.
