Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often known as an isolation disconnect switch. This cutting-edge device is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is proficient in efficiently opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits that remain voltage-present, albeit no load. It's the advanced solution for reliable power management in the great outdoors.
Tailored for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its streamlined structure, cost-efficiency, and unbeatable user-friendliness. It offers a variety of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's robust design incorporates a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section, utilizing a gate knife structure for seamlessly opening and closing circuits. Each gate knife is crafted with dual conductive blades and is fortified with external compression springs on either side. Simply adjust the spring height to ensure optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. An insulated hook stick facilitates opening and closing operations, complemented by a secure self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Optimal operation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Engineered to perform in ambient temperatures: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Resilient against outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; installation sites should not experience regular severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS CAN ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY TO FIND CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check-up to ensure optimal performance of the following switch components:
Regularly cleanse the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak efficiency.
Inspect all components rigorously for any signs of damage, paying exceptional attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or damage.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
